PalAmerican’s Seattle branch has commenced service for our newest client, Harbor Steps!
Located in the center of Seattle’s vibrant downtown neighborhood, this apartment complex is the largest multi-family community in Seattle, comprised of four towers with 730 apartments, and features waterfront views, plenty of green space, an indoor swimming pool, indoor sports court, yoga studio and rooftop deck.
PalAmerican Security began around-the-clock coverage in August. Security Officers working in this environment have a particularly challenging role, as duties are multi-faceted. While our Officers’ primary responsibility is to maintain the safety and security for all residents and visitors, they also support the building’s concierge staff in performing duties and are tasked with ensuring excellent customer service is always provided.
While acting as a security professional in times of serious events and medical emergencies, Concierge Officers also take every opportunity to enhance the quality of residents’ lives. Serving as the face of the building they not only monitor guest traffic and enforce residential codes of conduct, but also assist the dedicated site concierge team with receiving packages, providing directions, restaurant recommendations, calling taxis and other personal services.
