To recognize and reward our exceptional officers, PalAmerican’s monthly award program recognizes the Performer of the Month, Performance of the Month, and Unsung Hero within each of our branches across the country. We also provide further reward programs such as the Leadership in Action award, which is presented at the manager’s discretion to anyone who has gone ‘above-and-beyond’.
