November 1, 2022: PalAmerican Security is proud to announce the acquisition of San Francisco-based ProTech Security.
As one of North America’s largest and fastest-growing security companies, PalAmerican will expand its existing presence in the San Francisco Bay Area, opening up two new offices in downtown San Francisco and downtown Oakland. With ProTech’s significant portfolio of office towers, this acquisition will further reinforce PalAmerican’s leadership role in the commercial office market sector and deepen our footprint in California following our 2020 acquisition of SmartGuard Services in Sacramento.

Founded in June 1994, ProTech Security provided professional security services to the San Francisco Bay Area commercial industry, growing from a small organization to one of the largest regional security services providers in the area.
