The company is proud to announce the appointment of Tom Finney and Patrick McMahon as Executive Vice Presidents of Operations in the East and West, respectively.

Tom Finney, Executive Vice President of Operations, East
Tom brings more than 30 years of executive leadership across healthcare, corrections, government, corporate, and private-sector operations. This background gives Tom deep expertise in leading large teams in highly regulated, mission-critical settings, where safety, accountability, and client satisfaction cannot be compromised.
Most recently, he was Vice President of Operations at Sodexo, where he led more than 2,500 employees across a diverse portfolio of complex client environments. He has also held senior leadership roles at Aramark and Trinity Services Group, and he spent nearly two decades supporting hospitals, academic medical centers, and integrated health systems.

Patrick McMahon, Executive Vice President of Operations, West
Patrick joins PalAmerican from Nephin Partners, which he founded and led as Managing Director. There, he guided business owners through growth strategies, operational improvements, succession planning, and exit readiness, helping them establish scalable systems for long-term success. He has also held senior leadership positions at Lessen, Groome Transportation, and Compass Group, gaining broad expertise in facilities management, property technology, transportation, and hospitality.
Throughout his career, Patrick has managed complex, multi-site operations with annual revenues exceeding $500 million. At Lessen, he directed national operations supporting more than 186,000 single-family rental homes, approximately 30,000 service partners, and a global team of 300 professionals. His leadership was instrumental in scaling the business, implementing enterprise-wide performance management systems, strengthening operational discipline, and boosting productivity, service quality, and profitability.
