At PalAmerican Security, we take your privacy seriously. We believe in protecting your information as well as your assets and your people. We are also committed to informing you of the purposes for which we collect, use and disclose personal information, and to seeking your consent in accordance with applicable laws.
We want to take this opportunity to let you know the procedures we’ve put in place to protect your information. Our Personal Information Protection Policy sets out ten principles that are observed by PalAmerican and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related organizations with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of information about identifiable individuals other than PalAmerican employees (a separate policy applies to them).

PalAmerican will limit the amount and type of personal information collected to that which is necessary for the purposes identified by PalAmerican.
Limited Use, Disclosure & Retention
PalAmerican will not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than for those which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual, or as required by law.
PalAmerican will keep information as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as possible.
PalAmerican will protect personal information with security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
PalAmerican will be open about its policies and procedures with respect to management of personal information and will make this information available in an easy-to-understand form.
Upon a client’s request in writing, PalAmerican shall inform a client of the existence, use, and disclosure of his or her personal or corporate information and the client shall be given access to that information, except where the law requires or permits PalAmerican to deny access.
An individual will be able to direct a challenge concerning compliance with the above principles to the designated individual or individuals responsible for PalAmerican’s compliance.
