As one of North America’s largest and fastest-growing security companies, PalAmerican will expand its existing presence in the Salt Lake City, Utah market and open its first-ever branch in Las Vegas, Nevada. With locations in 22 states, the recent acquisition of Bedrock Protection Agency further reinforces PalAmerican as a leader in the enterprise security market.

Founded in 1992, Bedrock Protection Agency has been very successful in both Nevada and Utah, growing from a small organization to now handling a number of large, enterprise clients. With aligned core values and a commitment to a high level of customer services, this acquisition is strategic for PalAmerican and for continuing our growth in the southwest.
With both Bedrock and PalAmerican having strong and like-minded corporate cultures, this expansion provides further career advancement opportunities for our valued team members while extending the reach of our service offerings.
A Strong Leadership Team
Current Utah-based team members Troy Hales (Director of Operations) and Jeremiah Twitchell (Senior Manager, Utah), will continue to be key leaders as our operations are merged with Bedrock. Among other members of the team, PalAmerican welcomes Timothy Wells (Branch Manager, Nevada), Travis Nelson (Human Resources) and Russ Shinrock (Business Development) who will bring additional insight and experience to PalAmerican’s leadership team.
We are extremely confident that the leadership team’s diverse expertise and wealth of industry experience will prove to be a valuable resource as we expand our service delivery and operations in the southwest. The team will also be instrumental in engaging and supporting our talented front-line staff through this transition.
