Effective September 2, 2025, PalAmerican Security has acquired Patrol Protect Secure (PPS) to grow their footprint significantly throughout the Midwest. PPS has operations in 24 states with 14 offices and 3,400 employees. They have an impressive service offering that includes armed and unarmed contract security, executive protection, vehicle patrols and security consulting services. The company has nurtured the growth and development of 6 brands within its portfolio.
Through this acquisition, PalAmerican strengthens its presence in the Midwest, as well as adding to existing operations in key states and is now home to these unique brands: Seattle’s Finest – Security and Traffic Control, SSA – Armed Patrol and Response, ISA – Internal Security Associates, JBM Patrol and Protection, Genric Global Security Services and American Heritage Protective Services.
