PalAmerican Security is bolstering its presence in the Arizona market with the acquisition of Anderson Security Agency in Phoenix, effective April 25, 2025.
“Anderson has been a leader in the security industry in the Phoenix market for many years. They are known for their high-quality security programs, customer service and professionalism. Today, we are very excited to be joining forces and we welcome the Anderson team into the PalAmerican Family,” said Jason Begin, PalAmerican Security President.
As part of the acquisition, a veteran security leadership team, including owner Kim Anderson-Matich, joins PalAmerican, along with 500 employees. From the moment she entered security, Anderson-Matich surrounded herself with knowledgeable and talented people with decades of experience in the industry. She is heavily involved in ASIS International and takes pride in making an impact in the region.

PalAmerican will assume responsibility for Anderson’s diverse and balanced portfolio that includes a strong presence in the energy sector. The acquisition will also expand PalAmerican’s armed and unarmed security, and mobile patrol fleet’s presence in the Phoenix area.
